Because of the Resurrection of Christ We Have Life

Dear Friends and Loved Ones:

We greet you on this Resurrection Day of our Lord Jesus Christ.  He is risen!  He is risen, indeed!  As Bud and I read the account of the Passion and Resurrection of Christ today, we are so thankful our names are written in the Book of Life because of what Jesus suffered on the cross. 

As we celebrate this most Holy Day of the year for us, as Christians, we need to have the understanding of what Jesus did for us, as His people, when He suffered and died on a cruel cross for our sins so that we might have, not only eternal life, but the abundant life here and now.  This comes because he not only died, but He conquered death and hell through the power of His Resurrection and made a way so that we can live the resurrected life today because He lives in us!  Praise God!
